I asked an attractive woman I know if I could photograph her and do some modeling photo's of her. I set up of my favorite backdrops a couple strobes and a reflector, then I spent some time playing with the settings to things right for the first shot. She came by yesterday morning and we spent two hours taking pictures talking and laughing. I had asked her to bring some pictures or email me some stuff; she'd told me at one point she'd always wanted to do a professional shoot. We found some images to work with and started shooting. I found myself falling back into my style of portraiture, and kept reminding myself that I was working to break out of my comfort zone. The pictures turned out great, but I still think I've got more work to do. Here are some of my favorite pictures from the shoot, I like the first one most.
